History
As of now Andre has made no appearances in animated media in the Cars franchise. Only existing as a toy.
Physical description
Andre is a blue 2007 Porteur Chauffeur VH that is painted in the colors of the French flag, blue, white and red. On the rear of his sides, he had blue, red and white stripes, containing the letters "GRC". He has a red roof resembling a cap. His eye color is blue.
