Daniella used to work as a waitress at the Flaps Down Fly & Drive-in near her small town's airport, and for hours she'd watch the planes land and take off. Fascinated by travel, Daniella got to know the local planes during their layovers. She was always courteous and brought them refreshments. One day, something dawned on Daniella - she could do her job up in the air! The next day she signed up to be a Turboloft flight attendant.

Shelley

Shelley Shift is a stewardess pitty that works on the plane seen in Tokyo with Daniella while Team McQueen is traveling. She is Daniella Muffler's friend, with Everett working in "TurboLoft". She appears when Acer was sliding through a plane and falls into a laboratory service truck.
