Fletcher is a former British race car, who came to Radiator Springs with Gerald. They challenged Lightning McQueen, El Guapo and Papo to a race, which they got into a rivalry with El Guapo and Papo. He is posh and a bit of a show of.

Fletcher made a few cameos in Mater-National Championships, but didn't join in any races.
