He is a Pabloloco Compact Pick-Up that is painted blue and yellow, with the word "Official" painted on his hood and the back, along with the Piston Cup logo. He has blue rims and a yellow bumper. His license plate reads A113CA. His model seems to resemble a 1997 Ford F-150.
History
Cars
Dexter waves a white flag.
In Cars, Dexter is first seen at the Motor Speedway of the South, waving his flags for the racers. He later appears at the Los Angeles International Speedway, waving the flags in the tie-breaker race.

In Cars: Fast as Lightning, Dexter appears as a non-playable character that serves as the flagman on all 20 of the tracks, waving his flags to begin each race.
