Lloyd Sherr.
Lloyd Sherr (born Febraury 28, 1956), known by his stage name Max Raphael, is an American voice actor. He is the current voice of Fillmore, who he voiced in Cars: Race-O-Rama (along with Mark Silverman), Cars 2 and Cars 2: The Video Game. He also voiced Tony Trihull in Cars 2. Although Nathan Stanton claims that Sherr replaced the deceased George Carlin in Cars Toons: Mater's Tall Tales, Carlin is credited at the end of several Cars Toons episodes.
