Percy Handbrakes
Percy Hanbrakes likes to look good when he goes out on the town. He makes sure he's taken a nice long car wash in the morning, he makes sure he's got plenty of wiper fluid in case he gets a smudge on his windshield, and he likes to make sure he's got a touch of that new car smell from Fillmore's Taste In. The problem is he tends to forget to make sure he's got enough gas to get him where he's headed.
