Stu Bop is a jet. He is a F/AV-18E, a mix between an AV-8B Harrier and an F/A-18E Super Hornet, just like Marco, albeit with a different helmet.
History
Stu Bop is a twin engine jet fighter in the movie Cars. He is seen doing a fly-over of the Los Angeles International Speedway along with Marco and a third jet.
In Moon Mater, Stu Bop is seen with Marco being transported by an aircraft carrier named Admiral Kittyhawk.
