The Quest
Firstly you have to go talk to Fillmore. He will ask you to go find the blue cactus flower. You can find the flower in the North or North-East from Fillmore's Hut. If you find it just touch it and you get the flower. Return back to Fillmore for your reward.
Reward
Fillmore will give you a small amount of coins.
